  • How do I request a due date change?

    To request a payment due date change, please download, complete and return the Payment Due

    Date Change Request form. Please note the following requirements must be met: You have made your 1st payment, your requested due date is not more than 15 days from your existing due date, this is your first request for a due date change (only one is allowed during the term of your loan), your account is current. All requests are subject to prior approval. Please allow 15 days for processing. You will be contacted only if your request is denied. (There is NO CHARGE for this service). For further assistance, please call 1-855-813-8521 from 8:00 am-5:00 pm (PST), Monday-Friday and a Customer Service Specialist will be happy to assist you.

  • How do I request a payment extension?

    To request a payment deferment, please contact Customer Service at 916-486-8178, Mon-Fri, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Please note the following requirements must be met: You have made at least 6 complete and on-time payments on your Sale Contract, all fees have been paid including all outstanding late and NSF fees, you must have valid Physical Damage (Comprehensive and Collision) Coverage on the vehicle, a Deferment Charge must be paid prior to processing, the Sale Contract cannot be past the original maturity date, this is your first request for a Deferment (only one is allowed during the term of your loan). All requests are subject to prior approval. Please allow 15 days for processing. You will be contacted only if your request is denied.

  • How can I reduce my principal balance?

    If you want to make a payment that reduces your principal balance only and is not applied towards future payment(s), please call 1-855-813-8521, Mon-Fri, 8:00am 5:00pm (PST) and a Customer Service Specialist will be happy to assist you.

  • How often will I be billed?

    You will receive an itemized account statement every month along with a payment coupon and

    return envelope.

  • What should I do if I do not receive my monthly statement?

    Please call 1-855-813-8521, Mon-Fri, 8:00am 5:00pm (PST) and a Customer Service Specialist will be happy to assist you.

  • Can I receive my monthly statements electronically?

    The Elite Acceptance Corp Customer Portal is currently under development and electronic billing statements will be available soon. Please accept our sincere apology for any inconvenience. In the meantime, please contact Customer Service Mon-Fri, 8:00am – 5:00pm at 855-813-8521 for further assistance.

  • What are the insurance requirements?

    You must have insurance on the vehicle you are financing with Elite Acceptance Corporation. We require that you maintain comprehensive and collision coverage at all times with a maximum deductible of $1000. All registered owners on the vehicle you are financing must be listed as drivers on an active insurance policy. No registered owners may be excluded. Also, in the event of a non-covered claim by your insurance carrier, you still remain liable for any remaining outstanding balance due to Elite Acceptance Corporation. For further information, you may contact our Insurance Department at (916) 486-8178, Mon - Fri, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (PST).


    If you fail to satisfy the insurance requirements as stated above, you will be held in default of your contract and Elite Acceptance Corporation may, at your expense, elect to add a Lenders Single Interest Policy (otherwise known as VSI) to your loan which provides only coverage for the remaining balance due to Elite Acceptance Corporation.

  • Where can I send my insurance declaration page?

    You may email your insurance declaration page to insurance@eliteacceptance.com or fax it to 916-

    484-9320.

  • How do I change my Address?

  • How do I get a payoff quote?

    Please call 1-855-813-8521, Mon-Fri, 8:00am 5:00pm (PST) and a Customer Service Specialist will be happy to assist you.

  • When can I expect to receive the title for a paid off account?

    Titles are mailed out approximately 15 days after an account has been paid-in-full.

  • What do I do if my vehicle is in an accident?

    If your vehicle is in an accident, please contact your insurance company as soon as possible. We

    recommend that you ask your insurance company to contact our Insurance Department at 855-813-

    8521.

  • What do I do if my vehicle was impounded or seized?

    Please call 916-779-2913 and a Customer Service Specialist will be happy to assist you. To expedite

    your request, please have the following information ready if possible: date and city of incident, reason, and if any holds have been placed.

  • What happens if I pay more than my regular payment?

    If you pay more than the amount that is due, the overage will be posted to the remaining principal balance on your account.  Also, the maximum number of due dates your account will be advanced is 2 months.
